By participating in Nebraska Homeschool events, you hereby agree to the following:

Health & Safety Information

Participants are making a voluntary and informed decision to attend this event.

Participants agree to honor and comply with the event set-up for spacing, person capacity, and sanitization procedures. 

Participants are encouraged to follow the Center for Disease Control Guidelines in preventing the spread of COVID-19 or other infectious organisms.

Participants are encouraged to provide their own face coverings as event coordinators may not be able to provide one.

Handwashing will be available in the restrooms and event coordinators will provide hand santizer at the entry/exit point.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own pocket-sized hand sanitizer for use throughout the event.

Participants who choose to bring children to the event must keep their children with them at all times and must ensure their children follow the event guidelines.

Participants who are experiencing symptoms of illness agree NOT to attend the event.  If persons attending the event begin to show symptoms of illness they will be quarantined and sent home as soon as possible or to a medical facility if needed.

Participation Waiver (by participating, you are agreeing to the following waiver):

The current world-wide Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) pandemic and government-mandated health and safety guidelines in many communities underscore the risks associated with individuals attending and participating in actives with other persons. 

I understand there may be exposed to potential disease-causing organisms and objects, such as COVID-19, and there may be personal contact with others, including but not limited to other guests, volunteers, staff, leaders, directors, and others on the property in association with this event.

I understand that exposure to COVID-19 and other viruses or diseases involves a certain degree of risk that could result in illness, permanent disability, or death. I also acknowledge that it is impossible to screen and/or monitor all such individuals.

After fully and carefully considering all the potential risks involved, I hereby assume the same and agree to release and hold-harmless Nebraska Homeschool, the venue host, and all associated employees, staff, volunteers, officers, agents, contractors and vendors from and against, all claims and liability resulting from exposure to disease-causing organisms and objects, such as COVID-19, in association with attending and participating in this event.
