Subject: West Omaha Wildcats Welcome Week – July 1, 2 and 6

Wildcats Welcome Week provides boys ages 12-18 who are interested in flag football with an opportunity to come and check out our team and practices. We have room for more players!

For 2019, the Wildcats Welcome Week practices will be held on the following dates/times:

· Monday, July 1, 5:30 to 7:30 pm

· Tuesday, July 2, 5:30 to 7:30 pm

· Saturday, July 6 10:00 am to noon

Our Mission: The West Omaha Wildcats flag football team exists to provide home educated young men ages 12 to 18 the opportunity to participate in an organized, competitive, flag football team within a distinctly Christian environment that challenges each player to strive for maturity.

Our Expectations: No football experience is necessary. Just work hard in practice and do your best.

Our Focus: Character, athletic skills, teamwork, and competition with other teams.

Our Teams: We have both Varsity and JV teams. Our JV team is reserved for boys ages 12-15. The focus of our JV team to provide playing time for our younger players, help our younger players develop skills, and provide our younger players with experience to help prepare them for playing varsity. The West Omaha Wildcats exists to provide home educated young men ages 12 to 18 with the opportunity to participate in an organized, competitive, flag football team. Boys attending a private school that does not offer football may also petition to play.

Our Location: Practices and home games are at Brookside Church.
