The Omaha Knights Speech and Debate club is hosting a Speech and Debate Tournament on Wednesday, April 5 – Friday, April 7, 2017. The tournament will take place at West Hills Church (3015 S. 82nd Ave, Omaha, NE 68124).
We are hoping to fill 300 judge openings. Would you be willing to help judge?
Judging each round is a 2 ½ - 3-hour commitment which includes a thirty-minute judge orientation. You may choose to sign up for one round or several rounds over all three days. No experience is needed! We will give you an orientation at the time you sign up for that will provide all the information you need to judge.
If you’re able to judge, here’s how you sign up:
· Select the “Omaha Qualifier Tournament” to see the general tournament information.
· Click “Sign Up” to see the dates and times available for judging.
· Select the times that work for you and fill in your contact information as a Community Judge (or Alumni if you have done Speech & Debate yourself!)
As a way of saying “thank you," we’ll supply you with free meals, snacks, and beverages in our Judge Hospitality room throughout each day of the tournament.
