Come meet representatives of sports teams, businesses, support groups, co-ops, field trip locations and other home school-friendly organizations in our community!

• Learn more about Heartland Home School events
• Connect with home school-friendly businesses 
• Ask your home school-related questions
• Drinks, snacks & lunch items are available for purchase from the Front Porch Coffee Shop
• Bring along your family and enjoy the free play area (Please note - no adult supervision will be provided this year so you will be responsible for your children, but supervised children are welcome.)
• Pick up FREE educational materials and curriculum at the combined Heartland Educational Freecycle 

 

NEW THIS YEAR!! We are revamping the Heartland Freecycle. This year we are going to pare back what is accepted to educational materials in good condition. In addition, we are going to ask that all items be dropped off for sorting in advance on Friday June 14^th; we are unable to accept items the day of the freecycle. 

Items Accepted Include the Following:

• Curriculum
• Educational Manipulatives
• Children’s Books – Non-Fiction & Fiction
• Books on Homeschooling Topics (Homeschooling, Parenting, Household Management, Etc.)
• Books on Christian Living/Encouragement
• Reference Books
• Art/Craft Supplies
• Games
• Puzzles 
• Educational Toys
• School Supplies

This year we will NOT take clothes, household goods, food, items in poor condition, books on unrelated topics (such as dieting, cookbooks, etc), pet items, furniture, etc. 

DROP OFF for SORTING – Friday June 14^th 3:30-7:30 PM Bettenhausen Home 6201 Rolling Hills Blvd.  

SHOPPING: During the Heartland EXPO Saturday June 15^th 9-11:30 AM
