The Education Committee on Tuesday afternoon, January 23, 2018, will be conducting a hearing on LR270CA, that proposes to change the Nebraska Constitution to require the Legislature to provide a free education to persons between the ages of 3 (three) and 21 (twenty-one). 

Dave's LA includes talking points in opposition to the LR270CA and links to additional information discussing the dangers of early childhood education. 

Do not identify yourself as a homeschooler when talking to State Senators and/or their staff.
